The Last Trail
This zine was a test run and a concept piece for a board game where I tested color, concepts, and art style, as well as how it would look in print.

The zine follows a fictional round of the game and what the characters in the game are doing while the players are actually playing the game, and was inspired by the works of K. O'Neil and The Tea Dragon Society, specifically. I wanted to create a lighter and more friendly feel for a post-apocalyptic game to encourage more of an adventure feel than a survival one like most post-apocalyptic games.
Laundry Detail
Laundry Detail came about because I wanted to poke fun at a lot of mass-market manga webcomics which are little more than a blatant power fantasy with little in the way of plot or likable characters.

This 20 page comic sticks close to those webcomics in style but, instead of following the main character beating up people near indiscriminately, features the main character doing laundry for an entire spaceship and nearly losing her mind in the process.
